It all started with Xena, our adopted greyhound and full-time sprint machine. She opened our eyes to the beauty of coursing—and the need for better gear.

So, we built our first Handy Drag Lure in the utility room, armed with stubbornness, guinness, and a lot of trial and error. What started as a passion project quickly grew into The TopDog Store.

Today, our lures and timers are trusted by hundreds of trainers across Ireland and 25+ countries worldwide. We’re proud to say they’re used every day by- domestic dog owners to derby-winning trainers!

We’ve learned loads, laughed lots, and yes, almost set a few things on fire (only once). But every step has been worth it—especially being recognised by Enterprise Office, Ireland for our work in blending tradition with innovation.

From a single dog to a growing community, we’re here to keep building smart, reliable gear—always with heart.
