Shipping policy

We are fully responsible for the shipment until its delivered to the registered delivery address.

We work with multiple couriers / services to ensure we offer the best delivery timelines to all our customers.

All shipments are sent out with tracked service.

We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours (except the custom hand made products, please contact us for delivery time lines)

Shipping details will be shared with customers via email/SMS as soon as the orders are processed.

Delivery within Ireland is 1-2 working days (including Northern Ireland) via express courier.

Delivery to the UK is 2-4 working days.

We will not be held responsible for product delivery, if a customer changes the delivery address with courier agent or arrange a mid-way collection.

Please inspect your order upon reception and DO NOT accept the delivery if you find the outer box is damaged. Contact us immediately to report the discrepancy, so that we can make it right.
